Return and Refund Policy

No Returns and No Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (nutrition supplements and wellness consumables), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products once the order has been delivered. This policy helps us ensure product quality and safety for all customers.

Exceptions: Damages or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@forhumans.in with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
For damages and incorrect items, Return should be raised within 5-7 business days.
Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 Business days.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.
