Welcome to For Humans (operated by Trishool Foods). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully, as these govern your use of the site and your relationship with us.

1. Eligibility and Scope

You may use the service to purchase products for your own personal, non-commercial use. Orders are accepted only for delivery within India. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law. Products with caffeine and melatonin are not intended for children; please review packaging warnings before use or gifting.

2. Products and Purchases

Product images, descriptions, and pricing are for information only. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but there may be minor variations. All supplements are sold “as-is,” without warranties. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are only accepted on a prepaid basis (no cash on delivery).

  • Your order is confirmed only after full payment is received and you get an order confirmation from us.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion (e.g., potential misuse, stock errors, address issues).

  • Prices include applicable GST but do not include shipping, which is shown at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address supplied during checkout.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates; delays from carriers or unforeseen events are possible.

  • Risk and title pass to you upon handover to the shipping carrier.

5. No Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (nutrition supplements and wellness consumables), no returns or refunds are offered after delivery.
Exception: If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact support@forhumans.in within 48 hours with photos and order details. We will investigate and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit.
