Cancellation policy

1. Order Cancellation (Standard Orders) We understand that plans change. You can request to cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Before Dispatch: If your order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse, you can cancel it for a full 100% refund. Please contact us immediately via email or phone to submit your request.

• After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may choose to refuse delivery or return the package according to our Refund Policy.

2. Subscriptions & Pre-Orders Currently, For Humans does not offer auto-renewing subscriptions, recurring payments, or "Try Before You Buy" services. All purchases are one-time transactions.

If we introduce subscription services in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect the cancellation terms for those specific purchase options.
